our approach

we cut what a buyer skims past and stitch in what they’ll repeat to their boss. a keyword brief on the bench, a draft with the grain still showing, an engineer’s red pen in the margin — then a clean file, no sawdust left.

>house rules, taped above the desk

rules we reread before every draft

A claim without a source is a loose thread. We pull it, or we tie it off.
house rule 01 · sourcing
Keywords are tailor’s chalk: they guide the cut, they never show on the coat.
house rule 04 · seo
Every draft goes to someone who has run the product, and comes back with their marginalia in the gutters.
house rule 02 · expert review
Short sentences land like a chisel tap. Long ones carry the reader through the middle. We use both.
house rule 05 · rhythm
A comparison page should read like a fair fight: the rival’s best feature named plainly, yours named truthfully.
house rule 03 · versus pages
A refresh is not a repaint. We strip the post to the grain and rebuild only what readers and search still reward.

why a package of 8–12 and not a single article?

The second piece borrows its spine from the first, and the expert interview only has to happen once. A batch is how a cluster gets built, and how the price per piece comes down.

who reviews the drafts?

Someone on your team who uses the product daily gives us a thirty-minute call per batch and a pass on the draft. If nobody can spare the time, we find a reviewer with hands-on time in your category and you approve their notes.

what if a draft isn’t right?

Revision rounds are written into each package (one or two, as listed above). A draft that misses the brief gets recut at no charge; changes to the brief itself are scoped and quoted before we touch them.

can you refresh posts that already rank?

Yes, and carefully. We start from your search console data, mark each post keep, rebuild or retire, and leave the URLs that are earning their keep alone.

do you publish to our CMS?

We hand over clean HTML or markdown with image notes, formatted for your template. Publishing stays with your team so nothing goes live without your say.
